How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

We usually are able to dispatch the next 2 0r 3 days if we receive your order before 9am Monday-Friday and items are in-stock and have been fully paid .Orders received on the weekend may be processed and dispatched on Monday or Tuesday.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Free Shipping method and flar rate methods are available for shipping.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order is tracked, you’ll get some notifications from ARH Store as well as our delivery partners. You’ll receive an email with your order id and invoice so keep an eye on your inbox.

By putting that order id and registered email address you can track your order.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

Yes, it’s necessary to log into your ARH Store account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

Visit My Orders to check the status of your replacement. In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the ‘My Orders’ section on your ARH Store account.
